Good News

We have finally gotten word that both Jeff and Dylan are cleared to play in District Cup on December 5 and 6. Dominick will also be available for the game on December 6. With all of our players ready to go, I believe we can win our bracket. Our 3 opponents in District Cup include the Folsom Fury, Rancho Cordova Titans and Loomis. Our first game on Saturday is at 9:40 am at Livermore Park in Folsom against the Titans. Our second game is at 2:50pm against Loomis. On Sunday, our game is at 1:00 against Folsom. Livermore Park is the same turf field we played on last season. The address is 6004 Riley Street in Folsom.

Tuesday night was a real Revelation for me. I was simply amazed at how tight our team has become. I know that I am not the best coach, particularly in this age group and with such skillful and athletic players. However, at the team's request, I agreed to continue coaching another season. Hopefully, Lothar and Carla will continue doing all the hard work in keeping the team organized. We will utilize the best trainers and we will try to create an environment in which all of our players achieve their potential as soccer players. The Revolution is made up of a great group of guys and a wonderful extended family.
